It says "Earn 100% cash back on your Peacock Premium subscription, with a $7.99 cash back maximum" & "Offer valid on first payment only" so this doesn't appear to be a reoccurring monthly credit. Looks like only a one time credit upto $7.99

I was hoping this was a year long discount because my $19.99 for 24 month deal from May 2024 is about to expire and I'm not willing to pay $79.99 for a year of something I rarely watch.

This offer is basically like paramount plus, as it's in one month freebies. There's alway a free sub floating around SD for one service or two, it really depends on who's watchin (paramount was on a roll for a while, sure there will be one resurfacin in the comin months...). IMO keepin a contract for any extended length benefits some but maybe not others.
