Picked 1 up last week for my work area. Seems brand new. Came packed in a Vizio box with a 2-year warranty.

Have fun with your connection issues. Vizio is pure crap. 10 years ago, you got a lot of bang for your buck. Now, you get what you pay for. I've had 3 of their soundbars (the full surround sound systems). All 3 had near-weekly connection problems. One of them had problems almost daily. I will never buy another Vizio product again. That was their high-end 5.1.4 Atmos system. Their TVs are just as bad. All kinds of issues with needing to be unplugged and plugged back in regularly, to get the image back.

Unless you have an especially crappy TV, this will do little to enhance your sound.
