Don't forget to add Hexyl Ethoxylate, Sodium Xylenesulfonate, Lauryl Glucoside, and a buffering agent to maintain the pH. Otherwise you just have diluted dish soap.

Just buy one bottle and make your own powerwash solution to refill it. It's just water alcohol and dish soap and it's way cheaper to just mix the three yourself.

Yes that works, I just googled a recipe for it. Of course the original stuff works a bit better but I'm satisfied with my refill method. My 1st pump lasted 2 years so last time it was on sale I got a new bottle.

It the instore price lower than that though? Instacart stuff is usually higher. I looked at the set in Costco just the other day but don't recall the price.

I believe this commercial version has a higher sulfate level than the regular powerwash. I had to do a search years ago on the most effective soap for some projects I was working on. Sulfate used in dishwasher soaps ended up being noted. I think it was the feds who restricted the amount of sulfate which many restaurants complained about. They couldn't get their pots and pans cleaned the same. So the feds allowed a commercialized version which generally wasn't found in box and grocery stores. I didn't save the articles and forums, but that is what I recall.

sorry i used bold and underline script. there is no link. i wanted emphasize that this is a commercial version. it's not the regular version. it's much stronger. i use this for heavy oils, grease and more on bare metals and painted metals. also use it on clothes recently splattered with petro or food oil right away. a lot more when the need arises. this commercial version is my go to.

Which is worth noting, as this now ships in 2-4 weeks with no S&S option.

EDIT: Now it's back to normal and there's a S&S option. Weird.
EDIT 2: Nevermind, the delivery date is still May 28-June 11 for one-time purchase, but it's May 9th for S&S. These bitches be wildin.
EDIT 3: Holy shit now it's saying the price is $40.74—even the pre-sale price was only $26 lol Amazon you so crazy

I use this for work related. Cost of doing business. It gets me done a lot faster and I just add to the bill, going through a couple bottles to a cases for pre-cleaning prior to doing machine repairs. For this current price and and the number of things I use it for, yes the price is right. Does it work faster on everything? No. A lot of times I have no idea what the grime or film is. Works great on organic and great on wet or sticky oils. Works great on clothes freshly spattered with oils. Sometimes I run across wet/sticky glue type substances which requires Goop instead. If you have black burnt pots and pans, you've turned it to carbon. Whole other animal.

It's not the same thing there are more ingredients which cut the grease. Otherwise it's just diluted dish soap that foams a little
