How good is the quality ; I have a Samsung 84 inch Q7 from 5 years ago; is this comparable or better?

7.0 overall on rtings with a 60Hz panel. I feel any larger TVs, a must have is 120Hz but that's just me.

No comparison. Your set is much better. This set barely gets to 300 nits brightness. It's an entry level tv.

If 60 Hz is a concern, there is a LG 120 Hz 86 inch also at Walmart for the same price. The specs on the LG seems to be comparable to the to the Samsung.

60 Hz is not a concern unless you are hooking up a playstation 5/Xbox series X or a PC for gaming purposes. It is fine for TV/movies.

No o have tundra i bought 5lg 86 inch for my restaurants but I had to keep opening my trunk its huge im 6ft and this tv is much bigger than me
