Open box is not only store specific, it's that one individual tv specific

if there are multiple of the same it will be the same price
The " game" comes in a couple of different scenarios though
1.The rating of the product may or may not be accurate
I have bought a TV marked " fair" online. When I got to the store it looked like the box had been opened but the Tv was never pulled out of the box
2. The price in the store may very well be LOWER than the posted price online
So.on these open box deals ..I always say go to the store and look
Dont trust the online condition or pricing ,as one or both could be off
Often is a stretch, at least in my experience. I checked two stores today and they're all the same price as online.
I bought a pair of Kef R5 metas a couple of weeks ago...the price I paid was 50% off the online price
Manufacturers often have restrictions on what can be shown online versus what you can obtain in the store
If you were around when Fry's electronics was open they did it all the time
