I have a similar one and two parts have broken over the course of a year. The area where the spring meets the trampoline mesh are the weak points. I used it 30min every few days and was 180lbs.
I find putting on a tv show and jumping throughout to make the workouts easier. I stopped using it due to the spring latch issue and I'm an upstairs neighbor and don't want a noise complaint even though it is on carpet and additionally moving pads
