Not a terrible deal with how jacked up all the Nvidia prices are (if this actually ships on time). In a rational world, this would be a little overpriced, but that's not coming back for a couple years, at least.
There are rumors (still?) of a 24GB 5080 coming, but if you're not the type that messes with graphical options for 30 minutes before you play a game, it won't matter. Really, if you're considering a Dell/AW instead of building your own (nothing wrong with that!), this is a good deal.

A 5080 Super or Ti is pretty much a guarantee considering the space between the 5080 and 5090. Probably will be $1499 MSRP or $2k and up in reality
That's an NVIDIA thing, completely unrelated to this deal. Rumored 5080 Super will likely have 24 or maybe 32. Then eventually a 5080ti which will definitely have more than 16gb.
My 5080 hasn't run out of RAM on any current gen games, but likely new games will come out that will be RAM hungry. It's a bummer on NVIDIA's part that they only included 16gb on the second from the top model this gen.

Sounds like a good deal until you find out Dell uses a ton of proprietary parts in this. You won't ever be able to upgrade or change out the motherboard, PSU, etc. Better hope it doesn't fail eventually cause then you're stuck trying to get help from Dell customer support.
