I ordered monitor 3 days back, its in pending state. I hope it does not drop after few days. The return times are much earlier before these cashback get confirmation
I was recently denied CB from dell after ordering one of these computers. As you state return window will close before they have to give you the cash back $$$. Terrible way to treat customers but whatever. Either way, don't plan on getting CB since it is far from guaranteed.

sad man, losing significant amount either way. I mean check the order if you are not going to give it just deny within return period so customers can decide
