Assuming this is a laptop 4060, I'm not really seeing the value in this. The G14 with similar specs is close to this price, and is a laptop (battery, screen, keyboard). Sure, there are a few little upgrades and maybe a higher thermal limit, plus 2.5Gbps ethernet, but I'd easily pay a $400 premium for packaging as a laptop.

It's most likely a low profile desktop 4060. This is a Mini-ITX system

This IS a "deal", based on current pricing (This mini and a LP 4060 are $900+ alone, not counting ram, storage, and windows license)..., but I think that this is too much PC, to be locked to a 4060 vanilla and LP at that. 🤷 ♂️

Low profile desktop 4060. Shows in the pics.

I have this, except I bought the "barebones" version and brought my own GPU, ram, and ssd. It takes desktop-class low-profile GPUs, which limits you a lot, and if you're trying to get a modern system then you can basically only get a 4060. The processor is very fast and the power consumption is very low and the form factor is wonderfully small. If the limitation in part choice is okay with you, I love mine and recommend it

I did the same thing. Love it to death. Use for big cpu compute stuff offload from desktop. Thought about oculink pci upgrade and connecting my 3090 to it but not sure if itll work or if Id even use it. Awesome pc tho. Was worried re thermals but got noctua fan for cpu and it does fine on 100% all threads for 20hrs at a time

WoW, that's so heavy load for sure, curious what are running ?

Me too, got this barebone and love it performance, the CPU is even more powerful than M4 Max in multl-thread workload. Currently got 64G RAM and plan to use it as home-server.

I use it to do backtesting trading strategies! There are ways to put it on gpu but the execution is almost always on something you gotta write for cpu & I do most testing with the software ninjatrader and mt5 provide. Also has been a warrior running many cursor instances at the same time which my desktop i9 9900 can hiccup on. Def would rather have the gpu in this thing, but my desktop plays all my games fine & my heavy cpu stuff is cake to run on the mini and whisper quiet!

Have exact setup, love SFF but this case design has very poor thermals. If you remotely plan on gaming on it you'll need to upgrade/add fans.
