They issue coupons to your account. You can oder when you want. You will have a tough time getting one with only 20k.

Yes, you can but you need to make 3 three separate orders though.
I test the water with 1 account at 2pm and got it again at 3. Got 4 sets. Will try at 4 again.

Taco Bell makes this painful for themselves as well as me. Being on the East coast, I can't even claim one before happier hour ends, so I usually do one small order with a $1 drink or two, a value item, and a previous reward and pick it up just before 5PM. I drive around, take a sip and a bite, then try for the discount. If I get it, I do ANOTHER small order with that and maybe one more value item.
So it costs them two transaction fees for the CC instead of one.
Today it could be FOUR if I go back.
