I use the 3/8" ratchet daily, it is a beast.

Are these old or new generation tools?

Is the impact driver powerful enough to drive long screws through a wooden deck, or would I be better off with their full size quarter inch impact?

Thank you.

I just used it to drive 6 in through 2x6 attached to 4x4 treated for my chicken coup base....so I'm not sure how "long" you consider "long" but I mean if you are just putting in 2 1/2 in deck screws or 3in framers it'll do it all day

Thanks, that sounds great.

Milwaukee recently made substantial improvements to some of its M12 tools, and I was wondering if these were the newer versions.
