I have them, no complaints, but I've never needed personal service or anything, and pushes/pulls are done through my main checking account, so I've never used their transfer features either.

I have a CD with them. Have had no issues, but it's hard to have issues with a CD. You only interact twice - cash in, wait, cash out.
