If you are a Sam's club member, they always have the $100 Darden e-gift card online for $85. I buy it often and use it at Olive Garden. Although it says 2 per membership, I have purchased it multiple times!

So it seems, unless you get a Visa or physical card, you probably won't get charged any fees
