That's fine, but a lot of people prefer to take isolate because it's just better. Regardless of your specific needs, this is a great deal for very high quality isolate.

It doesn't use artificial flavors or sweeteners so it's not as desert like as the more popular protein brands. Might take some time to get used to if you've never used it before, but should be fine for most people.

Kirkland signature chocolate standard price is $49.99 for 70 servings. This is $90ish for 138 servings. Barely better than standard Costco pricing. I'll just stick with the Costco one it's good.

I'm not worried about those two items in this quantity at all. Been using Kirkland brand since they came out my blood work always comes out amazing. I'm looking at calories protein and sugar and that's about it.
