Most A-sha varieties are terrible. The "Mandarin-style" "with original soy sauce" is just... soy sauce. You'd think it would taste like a premium version of Maruchan/Top Ramen soy/oriental, but no, it's only soy, no spices or anything and barely even any salt. The BTS-themed one at least had some salt and herbs but it was still pretty bland (the spicy BTS one was too much heat with little actual flavor). The Hello Kitty garlic rice noodles were pretty good, but the regular Hello Kitty ones were also boring.

The noodles, however, are extremely good. If I see them on deep clearance in Homegoods I buy it just to use the noodles for lo mein or use my own seasonings with it. Don't think I'd eat 75 packs before they go stale, though.

A-sha is the company that momofuku uses to make their at-home noodle product. I highly recommend giving this a try.
