I believe this was the one at Costco last july for $1500 due to some odd closeout sale- great set and worth every penny even at $2100!

Wow. Great deal! This Sony 77" OLED is cheaper than the Sony 75" Bravia 7.

THIS TV broke in less than 6 months. Just stopped working, 3 flashing red lights. Sony would not replace beyond 90 days. Spent a month to get a brand new tv repaired, dismounted and remounted, paid someone for that as Sony technician wouldn't touch a mounted tv.Absolutely unacceptable quality of these new Sony TVs.

Walmart offers 5 year protection plan cheeper then amazon or Best Buy but not sure how good it is, says it's from Allstate, anyone have experience with claims from them ?

Allstate is tough to deal with as they will waste countless hours over the phone and do everything to not pay you or replace your unit. Also you are always given a replacement , used set. They do not give you money back anymore. in essence their warranties are useless.

Anyone know why this has always been lower in price and not as well received as the A80J even now? I see some that would prefer even the A80L over this model

Samsung can't compete with Sony or LG on OLED. If you're a gamer get LG, if not go for Sony
