I like the pressure sensor and the head replacement alert. For only $5 more on sale the 4100 is worth it to me.

For people with gum issues the electric is better. Plus people tend to overbrush with manuals which can be rough on your gums as well. I feel the electrics do a better job of cleaning your teeth.

Might as well go for the 2100 model for only $1 more. I do like the pressure sensor on the 4100 though.
