This isn't steroids. Your body naturally produces creatine, so not sure you can get much more natural than that. Studies have even shown that your body will use its naturally occurring creatine as a primary energy source when you're sleep deprived. Supplementation with 5g/day is considered the "saturation point" for natural muscle building.
Is flour natural? Drying something natural and grinding it to powder doesn't make it unnatural either.

I still might trust Sports Research slightly more as a brand so I may still go with them…
Edit: just saw someone else already mentioned it. Oh well I will leave it for the link.
You mean, does it occur naturally in your bloodstream as powder? Then no. But by that logic you shouldn't ever take vitamins, fish oil, viagra, or other medications either, and should probably only ever ingest water and possibly bone marrow. This is a powdered form of a naturally occurring substance—no different than table salt as far as "natural" is concerned. It's also probably the most studied nutritional supplement on the market regarding both safety and efficacy.
Now, if you mean "natural" as in no supplementation whatsoever and getting everything from diet alone, that's different and also WAY harder to do, especially in a society full of "processed and enhanced" food sources.
Creatine IS the natural way, being found in meat and fish. Supplementation is a great option for those who can't afford much meat, or vegetarians.
