Paypal offers has 30% back for instacart purchases. Activate the offer in PayPal. Order the iPad using Costco same day and pay with PayPal which gets you addtional 30%. Note you have to first activate the offer in PayPal before placing the order.

But will it really work on Apple? Most rebates don't and it says vendor chooses exclude from earning points.

Instacart price for the same is 312.97 so won't make much difference.

Damn, should've seen earlier. It has limit of 2 per member and I bought two and also opened them. Using two paypal accounts could've saved 50 each minimum.
