People posting need to clearly state $800 ( $300 off now + $500 back over 24 monthly credits
) Oringal price $1100
You're paying $800 + any taxes and fees + Wireless service. You will not see any of the $800 back in your pocket.
You have to keep service for 120 days for it to be unlocked if I understand correctly or 120 days to keep the "so called" "savings" or it might be the instant $300 discount.
That's some used carsalesman tactics here advertise the "Low Price".
Tell me the price out the door thats coming out of my pocket without the extra add-ons that jack the price up to higher than MSRP.
I don't know terms and services weren't very clear and a law degree is probably needed for a crystal clear understanding.
EDIT My mistake this deal is for current users. Which in the wireless market is actually different than what other carriers do. (give a better deal/discount to new customers rather than current customers)

That appears to be the new fi subscriber offer (the 300 off up front plus 500 off for 24 months).
The existing subscriber offer is the phone will cost 499 up front + 120 days of service (20 bucks a month on flexible plan if you use no data). So 580 basically, plus tax I presume.
I did this deal as an existing subscriber back when I purchased my s24 ultra, phone comes unlocked from the get go. Activate the phone when you get it, make a couple calls to be sure it's working, then add whatever your primary service is as the second sim and set it as your primary carrier in phone settings.
After 120 days (you can track how many days are left in the fi app under billing) you can cancel service or pause the service indefinitely (in 3 month blocks).

- said nobody ever!

I wonder if these will have bending issues like the iPhone 6. You know the battery life will be trash.

Either release it at the same time of the iphone 17 or BEFORE the iphone 17 lineup.
Slim sleek portable designs with drawbacks are usually for early adopters while the company works on refining the product for a larger customer base.
OR AT THE VERY LEAST release it at the same time as the other phones. because then people would not have an idea of how the new models perform. it would be a somewhat "clean slate" experience.
Fatal flaw for samsung is they released this AFTER the regular S25 series and people know how it performs with the cameras and battery life. So now they can compare them to this slim thin model and probably won't upgrade/switch to this.

At $499 you could sell s22u and be at around 250 for this one
It has a smaller battery than the cheapest s25

Oh wait...
Unlikely as this has the same titanium construction as the ultra. The materials used in the flagship have changed a lot in terms of strength from iphone 6 days.

Yeah, this is for existing users and upfront discount. You won't see me posting "deals" with monthly credits ever.
So they did extend the s25 discount after the preorder period so the same might happen hear. If you are feeling lucky you can take a gamble with the service for 21 days.
