Thank you. I love the Tekware grid. I have a bunch of the shorts, a pair of pants and the regular style jacket.
This is a great deal considering how much the hybrid jackets are usually listed for on eBay new and used.
According to their description:
- Medium Wind Resistance
- Medium Weight
Sounds a little heavier than a windbreaker but I don't own one so I couldn't tell ya.
Usually grid material like this is fleece with the grid lines offering more breathability and packability than solid fleece, but a windbreaker over the top would then essentially block off the grid lines and make it insulate almost as well as solid fleece when needed.
But I can't tell if this is fleece material. The grid design seems like it may be trendy now, even in materials where it offers no benefit.
