780 Whr per day is the ideal power generation on the spec sheet... you get 12 of them so you get at best 9.3 kWhr of per generation a day.

A typical EV gets around 3 miles per kWhr.... so at 9.3 kWhr of generation you get around 27-30 miles of range added to an EV with this setup. That's if all of the panels are set up optimally and getting sun the entire day.

EVs (as a whole) average 340wh/mile

So 9360/340 = 27 miles before inverter and charging losses. If both inverter and charging are 90% efficient, you're at 22 miles per day. When I'm making that many best case assumptions, I'm not going to give a number like 22 because it's too precise and people can pick it a part, ~20 covers my all my bases.

Their unit is wrong. It's not 780 wh, it's 780 w a day. The rest if the math checks out. The w cancels out and you are left with miles per day.
