are you truly a new customer or are you trying to game the system. QVC has gotten real touchy about the new user codes. if they suspect that you are trying to game the system, they are quick to cancel the order.

I am not a *truly* new customer, but I recently moved to a new apartment, so I have a new address. I used my roommate's name and new CC/email/account. Everything is new.

Newly created emails will be flagged in QVC system. Doesn't matter what you used after that.

They did not say I was an existing user in the cancellation email. I suspect it was because I used a prepaid MasterCard as payment.

Bundle deals are usually just QVC and HSN - both owned by same company with similar coupons for first time customers. Both will cancel orders if they suspect anything.

Unlocking now requires 2 months of paid service as well as 60 days time. (Changed April 1) It's not difficult, it's just more expensive than it used to be.

Now you have to keep the service active on the same phone for 2 months before you can get it unlocked. Previously one could activate the service, move the SIM to a different phone and unlock the original phone after 2 months.

It comes with trial periods of Live One and a few other subscriptions that automatically charge your credit card for after the trial period ends and I know I sound dumb but does that mean you don't have to first opt in to those subscriptions and free trial first?
