I have several stupid questions. Can I purchase this and send it to Europe and pay monthly using a USA account and address? Also, what is the monthly rate? I see several options. Im looking for around $30 a month but no contract since I'm always back and forth to EU.
You can but the rules state it must return to the country of billing address no more than 2 months after leaving, so probably not what you're looking for. The rate is a minimum $50 per month for 50GB of data ($1 per GB after) or $165 for unlimited data on the roam plan. It can be activated for home use also at a varying rate between $80 and $120 in most markets.

Been waiting for this. Question: can I avoid the "First month of service is charged upon activation or 30 days after delivery, whichever comes first." and only active it when I needed later?

Even if you buy directly from Starlink, you can turn off the plan PRIOR TO plugging it in for the first time and they won't charge you. You can still get everything configured on your account and update the device firmware even without an active plan.

$269 tax free through the military exchange website (Home Depot specialty Store)

What is the next best store to buy this from (discounts, tax-free, etc..) that is not military-related?

Lowest price I have found. Starlink Mini is a compact, portable kit that can easily fit in a backpack, designed to provide high-speed, low-latency internet on the go. It includes a built-in Wi-Fi router, lower power consumption, DC power input, and max download speeds over 100 Mbps.

Yes and you will pay US rate. as long as the countries you travel has starlink service available.

Best to order directly from Starlink and use someone's referral to get one free month of service. The 30 day trial offered does not include service, so again, best to user referral code which can be found on X for 30 days free service as well.

There is a $10/month 10GB plan as well, but you have to add it through the app.

Is this offered to everyone that deactivates after the first month?

Plans cost 4 times more in USA than Europe
You can get sim Internet on most Europe 12 euro
From phone providers or 30 euros fiber

This is not the same as what your phone. This is from satellite. It's for people who roam around to remote places that have no cell signal.

It should just be available in the list of plans on the Starlink app. Here is a discussion of users switching between the 10 GB plan and other plans:

Anyone switch from Tmobile home internet to Starlink? We use the T-Mobile home internet on the road in our motorhome, and for the most part, it works well unless we are in a heavily congested area. My concern is being in an area without T-Mobile service, that would suck. I also like the fact of turning the Starlink service off when we are not using it, the T-Mobile we pay $40 a month whether we use it or not.

I would imagine Starlink has no idea when Home Depot sold you the device, so this may not apply.Either way, I'm in for 1 to prep for hurricane season.
They know because you have to register the serial number with Starlink to get service.
