FYI - You give up your right to sue in court and your right to be part of any class action lawsuit against them for those two free months.

Funny. Just Panera (for anyone that needs that clarified). Probably still more value than being part of a class action suit but most people don't read the terms and conditions so thought I would share. In case someone chokes on a sandwich and finds out they can't sue in court for some free coffee.

Since it's only for new members you wouldn't be a part of any class action lawsuit because you wouldn't have been part of any wrongdoing earlier.

I go there to get outta the house almost every day; my $5 a month for 5 months ends tomorrow; i clicked cancel and it offered me $3 a month for 3 months if i don't cancel. Perfect for me.

By the way this lawsuit terms and conditions is because they got sued in the past when a child drank their highly caff energy drinks and parents did not know better than to let their child drink that stuff.

not an issue.

If you use gmail like a normal sane person just put a dot anywhere and panera will read that as a new email whereas gmail will read that as the same email address.

For example: [email protected] is the same in panera as m.yemail or [email protected]

I've only ever used one email and my email is 15 characters long, I'm on my 10th character before I gotta slot in more dots.

I got this today using a lapsed Sip Club account and adding a prepaid debit card that was emptied last week.
Also, when signing in to SD, I choose the audio recaptcha and someone said "premature hippopotamus". Just sharing.
