Not entirely sure but when I clicked the link, it doesn't show it's on sale, it's not available in any of the 8 stores near me, nor is it available for shipping or delivery.
It's available for me, but it looks like you would want the Pro vs the Plus.

New OS is buggy according to AFTVNews. I think the Pro is rock solid and more snappy with the additional ram.
Might be OOS for some and available for shipping for others. YMMV
Additionally....just as a reminder, this is not an upgrade to the "Pro" version. It's an upgrade to the standard (2023) model. It seems likely that it will be replacing it. The "Pro" is still the top-of-the-line ONN streaming device.
