Got the email notification and its crossed out price was....$170.00. The Woot price you listed is...$169.99.

If this was a regular poster doing this it'd be forgiven, but come on...you're a mod. You shouldn't be posting deals that are a robust 1 cents off. That's near predatory for those who expect to come to a site like this for SLICK DEALS
I purchased this a month ago from eBay in excellent condition for $99 which was a steal. The bass on this soundbar is fine for bedroom and small living room, but if used for mid size living room, you need subwoofer to provide that immersive sound experience for music, movies and tv shows.

Bose smart soundbars works with "Klipsch" brand of subwoofers. No need to waste time trying all the complex hacks to get third party subs work with bose soundbars. Purchased Klipsch R8SW subwoofer for less than $100 - connected to this bose soundbar via 3.5mm bass port and the soundbar instantly recognizes it as Bose bass module 700. Out of all the different sub brands I tested, Klipsch is the one that works consistently well with bose soundbars lineups.

This was previously $200 new. I've been looking for a new bedroom sound bar but with all the refurbished models out there at this price, it's looking like a pass

I got this new at $200 from the last post a few months ago. I have mixed feelings on it. When it works it performs well, but many times it refuses to work and I spend literally ten minutes plus (each time) trying to fix it in the settings / power on and off. Not sure if it has issues with specific tv models or if it's an issue with the Bose software

I bought this soundbar back in December on sale for $99. I highly recommend it. I connect via bluetooth to the projector and optical in from my TV. The sound is crisp and the bass is awesome. It is on sale again!

TCL Alto 8 Plus 2.1.2 Channel Dolby Atmos Sound Bar with Wireless Subwoofer, Bluetooth – TS8212, 39-inch, Black for $99 ($259)

Nobody uses 2 speakers anymore. 5 is the standard. I am currently using 7, plus sub.

Had this issue with an older tv and what fixed it was was changing the CEC settings.

Got a new tv and it now works perfectly. Great speaker especially for this price.

FYI I bought this same refurbished bar in December, it bricked itself last week, sent it back in to be repaired.
the sound is phenomenal but the quality is terrible, half the time the sound didn't play when turned on and then one day no power at all, tried new power cable and hdmi cable and all.
buy at your own risk I'd say. Also these were $200 new about two months ago.

My tv is a 2024 model and had all the same issue the OP quoted.

Again with accounts created on the same day a deal was posted, just to down it.

This site needs a clean up quickly
