The price is good but it's an odd memory cocfiguration. You will lose the benefits of dual channel memory if you plug in resulting in slower speeds and 1 out of 5 sticks of ram can't be used in this build.
It would be best to just use the g.skill memory only.
Newegg also is showing out of stock in the patriot memory.

Why do you loose dual channel with this setup? Im confused.

It's a pair of 16x2 and 8x2... still wierd. Even if AM5 is capable of 4 dimms ... which is highly doubtful

Dual channel memory involves using 2 sticks of Ram. That are of equal size and equal speed. If you mix and match different capacities speeds and latencies, the system will still work. However, the benefits of dual channel memory are not going to apply to the system. Slowing the speed of the memory down by half worse, yet, if you have mix match memory with different speeds and capacities, the motherboard will likely default the ram to the slowest available speed and under clock, all memory.
The addition of the three(!) other RAM sticks is weird, but the way I see it you just put them in a drawer to use in some future machine (like a cheap DDR5 prebuilt) or sell them.
At cheap ol' Micro Center, 9600X is $190, this specific motherboard is $180, and the cheapest 32 GB kits are currently $90 (I've seen them lower with a lot of open box in the past). The 9600X bundles are cheaper but with older motherboards and 16 GB.

it looks like its 2x 16gb ddr 5 sticks....that would run in dual channel no?
