I used this on dried soap scum on my shower glass at the advice of people in the last deal and it worked perfectly. Only thing that would remove those stains after years.

#0000 steel wool is the BEST for cleaning car windshield. This and some Simple Green, your windshield will never be cleaner, and ready for an application of Rain-X.

Steel wool can also be very good for filling up holes in your perimeter of your home that could allow rats/mice/rodents to get in. Since they can't chew through it so can be a lifesaver to prevent an infestation
