Otafuku Okonomi Sauce is super popular in Japan—used for okonomiyaki and takoyaki. It's kind of like a sweet, thick Worcestershire sauce. A must-have for Japanese street food lovers… if you know, you know.

I got this stuff last time it was posted. Everyone's palette is different, but to me, it tasted like a fancy barbecue sauce. A descriptor I previously didn't think was capable of being applied to barbecue sauce.
