Great deal! I would bite, but worried about tv shipping. Can anyone share experience buying a tv from a reputable seller on eBay? What to do when you get the tv and it's damaged? May be more of a hassle to return…worth coughing up the extra $200 @ BB than dealing with time lost and hassle with eBay online return?Stuck on which of these 3 Samsung tv options to pick: (1) this QN85D, (2) Q80D, or (3) QN70F

I bought the s90c from electronic express had the same worry as you so bought the insurance it arrived the day it said it would so I missed work and delivery knocked before getting tv out of truck. They used Fed Ex. So far a year in no problems tv was perfectly conditioned and brand new.

I don't know if buying the warranty helps to ensure that but that's what I always do when I order high end electronics online. Anyways ultimately up to you. More and more great deals require shipping at least for me anyways.

Edit it's from electronic express same place I bought mine personally if you like the deal I wouldn't hesitate as now I am considering it as well already was but seeing I have bought from them before really has me on the fence

man, I got my 85 qn85d from samsung for 900 OTD. lol. 2 of them actually. epic deals last winter.

ordered them for like 1100, then got them to knock off 200 due to delays, and they sent me an upgraded unit too. the one in pictured center stand. samsung wasn't happy with me, will continue to do the 'call and attempt to cancel' each time, because they give a great kick back to keep order.
