Bought some Nike sunglasses from these folks that broke at the hinge on the third wear. They never responded to my multiple support requests so know you won't get any help if these are defective in any way.

Regardless, I think the point he was trying to make was their customer service is poor if you have any issue with your purchase and because of that, I passed on this one (been there, done that).

It says 2 year warranty on product page. But at the bottom of the main page, under the warranty section, it has this:

Sunglasses, Boots, Leather goods, Fragrance, Beauty Products, Writing Instruments and all non-watch items qualify for our 30-day return policy. Items that have been sized, engraved, or modified in any way cannot be returned. There is no repair warranty for Sunglasses, Boots, Leather goods, and Writing Instruments and all non-watch products currently.

Selling counterfeit goods is more egregious than crappy CS, IMO.

Just buy cheap ones from amazon for sub $20. I've scratched up so many sunglasses from $10-$110. It doesn't matter anymore. I just ordered https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...U9APM&th=1 shipped for like <$19. Last pair I bought on sale it was around $13, but inflation has really taken a toll.
