Get the 14" if you have the room and it's on sale, you will be much happier.. Obviously if you do not have the space or the budget then this is a very good sub..

How does this compare to the 12" klipsch 112sw? Looks like same wattage but goes lower based on the specs. Seems like a great deal.

I'd take the RP over the older klipsch subs. Better response.

This sub is likely enough for most people. Of course you can pay more and get more with the larger models, but past 12", the returns diminish.
