Either way, if you're just wanting impact or batteries, choosing 2 impacts comes out to be $92 each and $115 for batteries (you are still able to split up the 2 impacts to different stores, you just have to add them individually). If you want a different tool, the impact wrench as the 2nd tool that you'll return makes it the cheapest...

There's not much to it, you have to have all items as either delivery or all items as store pickup. If you do delivery you just have to physically go return the stuff you don't want.
If they don't have it listed for pickup, I guess your only option is delivery. I've done this in the past when unavailable locally but stores have these tools in stock for me.
