My only concern is what the best by date is. I ordered from Gainful directly earlier this year and the best by date was only about 9 months out.

Why does best by date matter? I would think this would be shelf stable and last forever.

Isn't stevia one of the healthiest sweeteners? Unlike sucralose, aspartame, acesulfame potassium, erythritol etc
