Not sure what the hype is about this place, it's all way over priced and the fries are the worst.. The burgers I got were always so over charred tasting just made it all taste old or bad. The shakes are good, but really if this was the case I go to DQ for less.

Probably the fact that the burgers have no hormones and are antibiotic free.
Lactose intolerance tells me my intestines cannot tell the difference between both places' shakes; both of them affect me the same (even though one is made with custard and the other with cannot really be called ice cream. My mouth definitely can and Shake Shack definitely has better quality than Dairy Queen (DQ).

I like that I can complain and I get $10 credits. Always free things (location in my area drops the ball a lot). Just pay sales tax. Lol

I agree it is over priced, but that's why you go when there are BOGO deals like this.

The fries aren't bad but also not amazing. If you get lucky and they are fresh, they are pretty good.

I agree. Way overated compare to in n out and culver's. It's ok if you have a coupon but otherwise not worth it for normal price. The burgers are mid

100% agreed, when one opened near me I went there when they had a $6 off coupon and felt like the price after $6 off was what the normal price should have been, it was outrageous and nothing special, I haven't been back since and that was in 2019 maybe.
