EDIT: I see now, the other two items on the page are 2.5 and this one (XL) is 3 in. I'll update title to reflect 3 in as it matches the manufacturer page.
I checked it and it turns out that $20 is a 3rd party seller, but the sold by Amazon is still available for $14.99. It is 'temporarily out of stock'/Temp OOS though (which is why Amazon defaulted to the other seller), but you can still order it now and it will ship when available. I updated the OP's link to go directly to Amazon as the seller so that others can see it's still orderable too, but here's the link if that helps
