by hand, yes. I just keep it in the metal baking sheet and scrub both sides of the silicone mat.

otherwise, dishwasher works fine, but you should pin it down somehow so it doesn't come loose (especially if you're using the heated drying option of your dishwasher).

I don't find that to be the case at all. I can't imagine baking (including cookies) without them.

Some but not all silicone. The newest restriction starts in 2026 and products can still use the bad ingredients at a .1% or less concentration.

Having said that im guess the amazon mats arent the highest quality. Platinum grade mats arent really that expensive, maybe a few bucks more.
