This will also connect directly to Wave 2 AC / Heater for solar charging.

Too bad they only included ONE DC expansion port on the Delta 2 original model, or I would gladly grab extras. At this point I'm not going to buy a Delta 2 max for an extra port. Some decisions these guys make are annoying.

Hmm that's an odd glitch. Second one is me, obviously.Anyway since I'm posting another comment- for people's reference I bought the Delta 2 + Extra battery package a couple years back for $1,050 after tax I believe it was- and I thought that was a great deal at the time, whether that was realistic or not.I actually bought 3 of those so $3,000. Looking back I could have made a way better decision with that money, but I was new to the whole concept and products back then, so I didn't know any better. And by time you've sank $3,000 into units, I'm not gonna buy another $3,000+ worth. I actually almost sprung for the Delta 3 Pro+EB for $4,300 or whatever the other day because I need 240v and more power for my mini split to run (and run for any useful amount of time)— but I ended up on Reddit looking for the answer to a question about a unit and reading the countless posts and hundreds or thousands of comments about people just ripping on how horrible their support and product failure rates are and what people have to do to get the issue dealt with (if at all) … quickly made me decide against it- and it was literally in my cart about to pull the trigger.

Why don't they make it so you can connect multiple batteries to the extra battery? That would be great!

I've been struggling all day whether to buy the extra battery for the Delta 3 Plus. $500 and it doubles the capacity.

Have they updated the whole required location profile thing in the app at all yet? Haven't kept up but I remember that being a controversial downgrade for people that just want to use it as a battery for emergencies or camping.

Was also thinking of getting these cheaper Delta2 batteries for my Delta 3 Plus. Dunno if the Delta3 batteries offer anything more compatible. But get 2 of these 1024wh batteries and you can claim the 30% tax credit (for 3wkh battery sources).

If you only need power at home, I would recommend buying a EG4 6000XP inverter (supports 240V output) and connect to a few LFP 48V batteries.

A lot cheaper, more expendable, and serviceable than a proprietary system.

D3 EB is available all time low down to $449 at hsn currently... matches D3Plus size and style, and has the right angle EB cable.
