What's more important is which chipset? But can't be choosy at this price.
Most SSDs have a blue indicator light on them anyway. Sucks, but just put some electric tape over it.

for SSDs I wouldn't worry. but for mechanical HDD. I would use those open sata to USB without adapters.
at $5.50 each I can keep older SSD pernamently on a case.
I wish they had 3.5" enclosures at anywhere near this price!

In Sabrent's defense contacted them when I had problems with the initial enclosure and they sent me a brand new one as a replacement - still the same problem albeit one easily solved so far.. sometimes you have to pop open the case, take out the 2.5 form factor SSD drive and plug it back in.. and gosh darn it the Sabrent doesn't have a "customers normally keep that item" assurance like the Orico does
Paged through the amazon reviews which seem to be overwhelmingly positive.. doesn't do me much good since I now have two so-so enclosures lying around
