looks like it would be this GLS-C-1102M. Looks better as a Steelhead rod then salmon. Looks like a good deal if I wasent trying to curb my fishing rod selection 🤔.

Hey fishermen, I'm about to start into this new hobby with my boys but haven't fished since I was a young boy. Is there a tackle kit that any of you can recommend to get started? Looking for something for our small local lake or CO river. Will spend the money to make it a good experience. TIA!

Go to your local tackle shop and ask them what you need to fish where you plan on fishing. Most local shops are very knowledgeable about tackle and what you need. Tell them that you are a beginner and want to take your kids out and catch anything.
