All reviews are Vine and even those aren't all great.
There are plastic. I think the harbor fright ones with the breakable blade segments are cheaper and work as well if not better.

I got some of these style cutters on clearance at Home Depot, Husky brand for $6 pack of three and they are metal and very good quality.

How are these front page? (Promoted like all their reviews?)

82 cents each, nice. Both black plastic bits are prone to break on that model, though.

I received the 4 pack yesterday and for the money these are great. I use blades around the house, yard, work etc and either lose some or go thru the sharpness fast and for $5 these meet my needs. I also posted a 24 pack of the ones you posted for $10, not 4 for $3.29 fyi

In my original post I said this is not a sale price but regular price but found them to be a very good deal in terms of price for quality and wouldn't be upset if I lost these. For tasks I don't care about damaging these - I got these yesterday and they meet the bill. Quality isn't steel husky or kobalt but pretty good. Why does everything have to be a conspiracy?

I have some of those Husky ones, they are nice. With that being said, the days of getting them for $2 each seems to have passed.

If you have a Menards near by you can order a decent metal one for 3. Much better than plastic.

Yea I have used these before and they are fine for opening boxes but I'm not sure if they are worth the risk. I'm gonna try the 4pack.

They're $5 at Harbor Freight. Occasional 25% discount coupons won't get you to $1 each. That said, the Harbor Freight one is awesome, made of solid steel. Well worth $5, it's a staple in my to-go toolbox. I wouldn't buy these unless you need to equip a large team, or otherwise expect you'll lose them quickly. Or want something that is ultra lightweight?

Edit: price went up, just checked. Looks like the good one I got is up to $7. But it's great, if you can afford the cost difference.

I like how every one of the pictures on their listing looks photoshopped...

I have same utility knives with different brand name (Meepo).
https://www.amazon.com/Geaber-Fol...B09JYJLQXF
It cuts boxes, tapes and letters well.
$5 for 4 knives and 10 blades, you can't go wrong.

Those thin ones are usually flimsy though

nice find but if you never used this style I would like to warn you; to "sharpen" the blade you break a part at the end I have found little parts in the box I was cutting that broke off.
