Why I do like this is that it is the best anti dandruff shampoo I've used and smells decent too. This is also better than head and shoulders. I currently use the 1% (this) every other day and use the 2% weekly. Haven't gotten any dandruff in a long time.
For me, it's more effective, cheaper, and more "natural."

Its more expensive than alternatives per ounce, side effects of Ketoconazole are far worse than alternative active ingredients (coal tar using brands are also sketchy), 2% Ketoconazole (this shampoo is 1%) was found to only be 5% better than 1% Zinc Pyrithione https://www.karger.com/Article/Abstract/66452
So while its on sale, and might work, you should probably try the other stuff first, if those dont work, buy it at full price and try it. But if they do work, you save a lot of money long term, with less chance of nasty side effects.
