I believe damage is awarded based on how well you do the specific move... So if you do a better squat, you do more damage.

My kids got this for Christmas and have been playing every day since. The adventure aspect really gets them wanting to play more and build up their character, and they're finally getting some good exercise. I'd recommend this.

Exactly my thought. Teenage kid at home and spends a good bit of time lounging. Maybe I can trick her into "playing" a fun game.

I workout 5-6x a week and this game actually works up a decent sweat after 20-30 minutes and it's kind of fun. My middle schooler is killing me in this game.
