Target has the Garmin Fenix 7 Sapphire Solar on clearance for $240. Thats 70% off the $800 list price. I know this is SD so none of us would ever pay MSRP but i think $240 for this watch is pretty good.

My STL area store had some other stuff on clearance for %70 off as well.
I also got some Sony earbuds (WF-C500) for $30 as well. there are at least 2 skus of those on clearance for 70% off. my store had 1 pink set that i didn't get the dcpi of.
The dcpi for the black set is 008-07-3716
good luck if you go looking. all the $$$ electronics on clearance were in the end cap case at my local store.

Despite the watch box seeming to indicate that it was a regular instore clearance item, and not an online return,.. it was def a returned item.
In fact it was, soooo returned that its actually part of a crime lol
The only visual indicator on the box is the sticker seal is raised on one part small. I thought it was probably from being wedged into a display next to something else. Nope that wasn't why.
Because of that slightly raised edge, i peeled the sticker instead of cutting em like i normally do. I gently pulled on the crinkle at the edge and, where it peeled away, the box was slightly discolored. It also had a bit welted/raised texture as well. It was almost like it been peeled away before or had solvent added to remove the sticker...hmmm.
Open the box.
The watch face has the protector on it... with bubbles ... hmmm that seems odd too. But everything still looks clean at first glance.
The foam insert to hold the watch smudged where the sensor was. Not just the imprint of the sensor, but looks kinda like residue from a dirty sensor was wiped onto the foam...hmmm again but idk maybe my brain is just misremembering what it looked lik on my other watch.
Compare it side by side with my instinct solar and its basically rhe same size. That seems odd too because i was looking on garmins site and i thought the bands or face for this fenix 7, may be a bit smaller. But the sizing IS confusing so maybe im just not comparing the right models.
I start trying to remember how clean my instinct solar was when opening it around balck Friday and...feel like it was def more clean than this is.
Put it on for a sec, without peeling the watch face sticker, just to compare the size and weight to my instinct solar. I start looking at it bit more and the straps aren't "bad" but they are def not pristine. I now see theyve got some sort of residue or something at the top of both straps that can only be seen at a certain angle. Hmmmmmmmmm
Take it off flip it over and see gorilla glass. Thats not right, its supposed to be the sapphire face.
Look up more and its not a fenix 7 sapphire solar. Its a fenix 6 pro with gorilla glass etc.
Boooo for return fraud/theft.
Boo for me....yayyyy for y'alls the SD instincts that got me wondering if i had indeed found a unicorn. I didn't, instead i found a case for McGruff the Crime Dog.
