Great price. I paid $150 for the installation driver kit in January and have no regrets. I was a skeptic at first, but it has replaced my M12 screwdriver as my most-used power tool.

Utility of this reminds me of the b&d matrix. Make a few more attachments and I might convert off Ryobi.

This is by far my most used tool around the house and would highly recommend it. The offset and right angle attachments have let me drive (or undrive) inconveniently placed fasteners more times than I can count. For homeowner/handyman work it's hard to beat. The only annoying part is the forward/reverse button placement, but i'm used to it now and can switch it easily.

Great price. I got mine for around the same after a hack last year. This is probably my most-used Milwaukee tool so far. It's just super versatile and a jack of all trades. Not the most nimble in terms of if you need something for tight spaces, and can be slightly awkward to use at times, but the versatility is what shines through all of that.

Awesome price, great tool if you don't own any others or want a single pack you can take to do multiple tasks. It's a competent impact and drill, plus the offset and right angle attachments for getting in hard to reach spots. This is down around best possible price for this tool.

Of the people who have both this and the fuel 12v hammer drill and impact driver setup, why do you use this over those?

Legitimate question, as I can see some use case, just not sure if enough to warrant purchase. I already have a dinky 3.6v multi head tool that I use only maybe once every 2+ years

I have this and the surge hydraulic impact, love them both. This is honestly just so useful and the attachments can be combined (you can use the offset on top of the 90 for example) which lets you reach just about any situation you'd ever need. You should really think of it as the INSTALLATION driver they market it as. If you need to drill lots of straight holes on a workbench or outside through brick, then there's better options. But for putting together furniture, installing brackets, hooks, etc in tight places this really shines. Do you need it? Not really, but it's just pleasant to use and makes some tasks easier and more comfortable.

I have the gen 2 fuel which are just slightly less powerful and this. I frankly use the gen 2 stuff more because they're handy and don't require swapping the head (especially if I'm going back and forth between drilling and driving, but having separate swappable heads is still better than only one tool obviously) but when you need this you absolutely need it, and as an impact/drill it's still quite competent. It's not AS powerful, but it's not underpowered by any stretch, I wouldn't want to run lags with it all day, but running decent sized screws to hang stuff like small cabinets etc is no issue.

Excellent tool and highly recommended. Even if you don't use it everyday, I promise that you will find a use for it one day when you come across that weirdly angled fastener or tight spot.

The matrix system was the one that had like a jigsaw, oscillating tool, sander, small circular saw, etc attachment if it's what I'm thinking of. I dont know that big red has any interest in going down that road further with this tool though.
