I haven't read through the whole thread, but it seems like the mobile app has issues. I was just wondering as to how long it takes for the $200 bonus on 1K of spending. takes to kick in. Did the CO card and I got the $200 credit within a week.

I'd have canceled the card if they didn't honor a stolen card issue. Peace of mind is worth more than any cash offer back. I have two cards, one Citi MC and one Capital One Visa. Both have been there the few times I needed them and I just won't switch for a few bucks...
Sorry to hear but Citi has been there for me. And no I never worked for Citi nor do I have any other accounts.
Ask someone who has a CD with Citi and ask them how easy it is to give instructions for renewal of the CD. You have to call in and wait 30 minutes because there is no way to do it online. Customer service is based overseas.
Fidelity debit card might be a better choice to withdraw foreign currencies overseas. No fees at all and good exchange rate.
I use fidelity cash management account to pay BOA credit cards. The trick is that you can not add a pay account directly. You need to enroll in eBill first; once you receive your first e-bill, you can then set up a payment account.
