What's an additional 17% off CB?
Not as big as from 60 to 144 but noticeable, especially if you are into competitive FPS. If you aren't playing super competitive games it's definitely not necessary. I'd say to me it's subjectively like a 10-15% visual improvement from 144hz

Edit: Thanks OP and ww2style, just ordered with the discount code and 10% + 7% cashback options. Total $308 (after tax) but after CB should be $256. Seems like a pretty killer deal. Hopefully I can notice enough of an upgrade from my 24.5 inch lol (didn't want to go all the way to 32 inch, why isn't there something in between lol?)

Would this be a better deal than the recent LG 27gp850? Have a 150w 3070 mobile playing BG3 and maybe starfield

Also confirming, restocking fee for 15%?

I couldn't either through the search function - I had to just go to the main PayPal deals page and then look at all the deals and click "show more" until LG showed up. Then there will be a plus symbol you can click to save to your account

Going from 144 to 240 isn't near as big a leap as going from 60 to 144.

144Hz is 0.007s per frame, where 240Hz is 0.004, compare that to 60Hz which is 0.017s per frame.

The (highly subjective) perceived improvement has nothing to do with refresh rate and everything to do with other software tricks by the manufacturer. Anything they can do to charge a premium.

Only 144hz refresh rate though it looks like, would be a downgrade from his 185hz

Don't forget to select free expedited shipping as well. Returning the $150 Walmart LG for this, amazing deal.

Update. There's an additional 17% of CB out there for LG. I ended up ordering the 27" QHD for my competitive games and the 32" UHD for Starfield and the like. After all offers, the 27" was $224 and the 32" was $374 (before tax). Insane upgrades today, stellar deal.
If this monitor is good for Starfield, what video card will you recommend to go with this monitor? I have i3-10100 with 32gb with very old gtx 1050. I can only barely run Diablo 4 at low or medium setting. I decided to give up Diablo 4 and might play Starfield or Baldur's gate, but feel I need a new video card. I will buy i9 11th as upgrade, so cpu shouldn't be an issue.
