plus I dont see if it supports Dolby Atmos sound.

Streaming is not a strong suit of a player obviously and stick is much cheaper.
Yes this does support Atmos.

Streaming quality is going to be essentially equivalent. Fire Stick 4K max is WiFi 6 while this is a generation behind with WiFi 5. This Panasonic player allows for wired Ethernet connection.
Yes, this does support Dolby Atmos.
What you're getting here, though, is true 4K with superior sound and picture quality when using physical media vs. streaming on the Fire Stick or even this unit.
You may prefer the Fire Stick interface being more modern. I haven't had a Fire Stick in years, but my personal annoyance with Amazon was how tricky their interface was and how easily you can accidentally purchase a movie you didn't intend to.
Which one is better?
The 420 basically gives you the same performance as this minus DV.
Regularly the difference between DV vs HDR isn't significant especially for the price difference.
Just look at Samsung, they exclude DV and people rave about their PQ.

Which one is better?
This provides DV and HDR10+ disc support, the ps5 does not.
The ps5 plays games, this does not.
