I agree. It's the underdog. A professional explained to me that because they are not a "brand" like say Yamaha is, they are allowed to use sounds that brands cannot switch between. It's my favorite one for value. Anything from this model and forward is strongly recommended. Anything prior to this model from Casio I think were a work-in-progress (i.e. do not buy) but starting with this one and afterwards, Casio is my brand. I got a Celviano after this also by Casio. Also, I was told that the makers of Casio are working closely with Bechstein so there is collaboration there on the series or franchise on improving the sound on digitals.
